Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using proper techniques and equipment Handle dishwashing duties efficiently, ensuring all kitchenware, utensils, and service items are sanitized and ready for use Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and caring for various surfaces to ensure safety and cleanliness Assist with janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and deep cleaning projects as needed Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues to meet daily operational goals Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles demonstrates familiarity with industry standards Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety guidelines Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that enhances team collaboration Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is a plus but not required Join us in creating a welcoming space where guests feel cared for from the moment they arrive! Pay:
