Tasting Room Sales Associate An award-winning winery is looking for a full- or part-time Tasting Room Sales Associate to join our team in Jerome .Candidates must be dependable, reliable, charismatic, courteous, energetic, self-motivated, and professional. The position involves serving and selling wine, as well as educating guests about our wines, winemaking, and the local wine industry. You will work both independently and in a team environment, so adaptability is key. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Base Pay plus commission, bonuses, and tips.

Earning Potential:

Total compensation rarely falls below $25/hour , scaling directly with your customer service and sales success. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays . Excellent customer service and communication skills (in person, via phone, and email). Ability to sell wine and wine club memberships. General knowledge of wine and the local food/wine industry. Computer literate with strong attention to detail and cash register operations. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds . Key Responsibilities Serving and educating guests in the tasting room. Operating the POS/cash register system. Maintaining tasting room cleanliness and housekeeping. Assisting with the preparation of wine club shipments. Other duties and responsibilities as needed.
