CCC provides fully qualified and pre-screened teachers, assistant teachers, and site directors to child care centers, preschools, and before & after school programs. CCC substitute teachers are available on-demand, even same day, for short-term assignments, long-term assignments or permanent placements. Teacher staffing is not a side business for us, it is all we do. Since 1996 CCC has served thousands of child care centers ranging from small single location day care centers to many of the largest national organizations. CCC works with all types of child care organizations, including public & private, non-profit & for-profit, Head Start and Early Head Start programs, school districts, and community organizations. We are seeking a Placement Coordinator for our office in Brisbane, CA. Work hours are 10:30AM - 7:00PM, Monday through Friday. Applicants who can start immediately are highly desired. This is an entry level customer service position in our call center.

General Purpose:

Placement Coordinators are hired to perform an important function at CCC. They are responsible for handling a variety of customer service calls and e-mails in a prompt and courteous manner. Basic Duties (but not limited to): Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. Identify matching substitutes in the employee pool and schedule staff by calling/e-mailing to ensure customer coverage. Respond to customer and substitute emails promptly. Enter and maintain client records, staff records, and job orders. Provide general information to customers and substitutes on company policies, procedures, and programs. Assisting in miscellaneous office administration tasks. Benefits/Why Apply for CCC? Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

AA Degree or higher. Previous customer service experience. Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands. Basic computer skills including typing and mouse skills. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and customers; ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; ability to follow written and verbal instructions. The ability to communicate over a telephone, able to hear average or normal conversations, and receive information over a phone. Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility of each Placement Coordinator at CCC.
