• Supervisor Overview We are seeking a grounded, intuitive, and proactive Wellbeing Supervisor to lead the cultivation of a workplace rooted in holistic health, presence, and performance. This role is central to shaping a culture where wellbeing is not an initiative, but a lived experience

As a steward of wellbeing, you will guide and implement programs that support mental, physical, and emotional resilience, while fostering a connected, supportive environment for all team members. Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive wellbeing programs aligned with organizational vision and team needs Facilitate workshops, trainings, and experiences that support stress regulation, recovery, and sustainable performance Collaborate with external practitioners and wellness partners to expand access to high-quality support and resources Monitor engagement and gather insight to continuously refine and elevate wellbeing offerings Lead internal communication initiatives that inspire participation and cultivate awareness Support leadership teams in recognizing and responding to employee wellbeing needs with clarity and care Track program effectiveness through thoughtful data collection and feedback integration Qualifications Proven experience leading wellbeing, employee experience, or wellness programs within a professional setting Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide, motivate, and hold space for diverse teams Exceptional communication skills rooted in active listening, emotional intelligence, and clarity Knowledge of mental health support, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellbeing practices Ability to manage multiple initiatives with precision, organization, and adaptability Experience in program development, facilitation, and evaluation Multilingual abilities are an asset in supporting a diverse team environment Our Intention To cultivate a workplace where wellbeing is embodied
