Account Champion

As an Account Champion, you'll be the operational heartbeat for customers. You will own communication, execution, and the customer experience. About the Role As an Account Champion, you will be the primary liaison between our customers and our operations team. You'll manage day to day activity, ensure orders flow accurately, solve probelms before they become issues, and represent Mainfreight's culture. This role is ideal for someome who wants to be more than a "warehouse worker". This role is for someone who wants to influence customer strategy, improve processes, be a team player and grow into leadership. This role requires the ability to commute / relocate to Carson CA. This role will also require you to preform physical activities which include but are not limited to: Lifting 15+ lbs, working in a container, wrapping pallets, working in a warehouse. What You'll Do Account Ownership

• Use our WMS to manage daily activity for assigned customers ensuring smooth and accurate execution and communication. Customer Communication
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, provide updates, resolve issues and build strong relationships with customers. Operational Coordination
• Lead AND assist assigned pick and pack team members to meet SLA terms. You will also be required to: Maintain records for certifications, check in drivers, and have the ability to read and understand retail routing guides. Problem Solving
• Identify issues early, propose solutions, and challenge the status quo to improve service. Data Accuracy
• Maintain clean, accurate system data, ensuring customers receive reliable information. Continuous Improvement
• Support process improvements, customer specific SOPs, and service enhancments Customer Experience
• Understand the importance of our relationships with customers , retailor relationships and chargeback mitigation, and quality. What We Are Looking For High attention to detail Strong communication skills
