This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable with fast‑moving logistics work, accurate data entry, and clear communication with customers and carriers. Key Responsibilities Data Entry — Enter shipment details, booking info, container numbers, and documentation into our TMS with high accuracy. Customer Support — Communicate with clients regarding shipment status, delays, required documents, and general inquiries. Documentation Handling — Assist with BLs, invoices, packing lists, arrival notices, and customs‑related paperwork. Coordination — Work with carriers, truckers, warehouses, and overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo movement. Issue Resolution — Help troubleshoot shipment discrepancies, delays, and document corrections. Required Knowledge & Skills Freight Forwarding Basics — Understanding of import/export workflow, carriers, cut‑offs, and transit timelines. Data Accuracy — Strong attention to detail; ability to spot errors before they become problems. Customer Service Skills — Clear communication, patience, and ability to explain logistics steps to customers. Computer Skills — Comfortable with TMS systems, Excel, email communication, and basic reporting. Document Knowledge — Familiar with BL, ISF, AMS, commercial invoice, packing list, and arrival notice. Time Management — Ability to prioritize multiple shipments and deadlines.
