JOB PURPOSE
The Supervisor, Supply will ensure campaign parts availability to support OE service parts requirements. Responsible for attaining and driving improvements to Key Performance Indicators (KPis): Purchase Orders, Fill Rate, Back Order lines, and inventory (MOS) objectives; while operating within business constraints. This person will attend meetings with OEs (Hyundai and Kia) and vendors and ensure all parties' interests are well communicated in order to maximize customer service levels on campaign supply issues. They will also be responsible for developing and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as training employees as needed to improve campaign supply performance. Planning and control of parts requires timely and accurate forecast preparation, ordering, expediting techniques, and excellent communication to all parties. These responsibilities have a direct impact on MPA expenses (freight, warehousing), income (parts sales), and customer service (Fill Rate, Back Order lines), and therefore have an impact on company profitability. This position also has a significant impact on vehicle owners of our two primary customers (Hyundai and Kia) and requires someone with a high level of accountability and ability to understand vehicle service-related issues and campaign / recall / TSB publishing planning issues.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead department communication efforts to maximize performance and keep executive management and customers aware of risks before they become issues Mentor team members to increase the operational effectiveness of the department Coordinate with HMA/KMA on developing supply schedules for new campaigns or service actions Communicate required parts orders to suppliers Manage Supply to corporate KPis through proper ordering, expediting, and communication Manage any special projects, particularly related to campaigns/ service actions Generate accurate and timely reporting on campaign/service action parts supply and completion rates. Prepare and reconcile purchase orders for assigned parts on a regular basis, including air and sea orders, urgent air (VORIXVOR) orders, initial orders, and other special orders, as required to support customer needs and MOBIS purchase targets. Monitor dealer Back Orders continuously and communicate with suppliers on delivery in order to achieve highest customer service levels and Fil Rates, while operating within business constraints of inventory value and air freight expenses. Manage E&O risk by reviewing campaign or service action completion %'s and coordinates with OE's to maximize completion % and minimize E&O risk. Manage E&O risk by reviewing orders and ensuring validation processes prevent shipment of dead stock from suppliers. Review and recommend changes to the Part Master to ensure that correct supply levels, supersession codes, and part control codes are maintained and accurate. Take an active role in identifying and recommending modifications to the Parts System to aid in inventory planning and to improve customer service. Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of short- and long-term system enhancements.

Provide leadership and mentoring to Campaign teams to ensure we achieve relevant KPI's (including customer service level, back-order lines, and months of supply). Work closely with internal and external customers and vendors to support process or systems improvements in an effort to improve organizational performance and intelligence Generate ad hoc or KPI reports to ensure effective communication of performance against objectives for internal customers and executive management Support team members in demand by management or business need Support any ad-hoc requests for analysis, information, special projects, or additional tasksWORK SCHEDULE/ TRAVEL
