Job Overview Manage and service all EDI customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate with production team various sample requirements (development, pre-production, marketing, Inc) Monitor sample activity and ensure sample due dates are on time from factory Communicate with customers, vendors and suppliers to facilitate smooth sampling and shipping operations Interact with cross functional teams to address and maintain on time sampling and shipping status. Call out and identify any potential issues with sampling or shipping that is causing delays in time and action calendars affecting on time delivery of orders or address order-related concerns or system discrepancies Maintain organized records and filing system (digitally and physical documents as needed) for sampling and shipping Verify customer master date (ship-to, bill-to, EDI IDs, routing) Place orders for necessary trims and supplies needed for sampling and bulk shipments. Manage all purchase orders, cut tickets, assignments and contracts If shipping via major carriers like: FedEx, UPS, DHL and contracted carriers Upload tracking immediately into: Customer portal (if required)

transmissions Understand all execute customer specific labeling requirements (customer shipping compliance) Create packing lists and/or BOLs with accuracy for each shipment Correct carton count and weights Ship to/Consignee Commodity description Pricing Various other information as required by customer Maintain customer-specific EDI shipping guides Skills & Qualifications Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and AIMS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong teamwork and collaborative problem-solving abilities Garment industry knowledge is required
