Type:

full-time We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our client, a growing social-impact company. This is a hands-on role that combines customer success, partner management, e-commerce operations, and fulfillment coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working across multiple areas of a growing business. Remote $40-$45/hour This is a temporary position with potential to become permanent. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day orders and purchase orders with nonprofit, social enterprise, and other business partners. Track orders, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to keep everything moving on schedule. Respond to requests for pricing, product availability, and lead times. Maintain accurate order, partner, inventory, and customer information. Support partners and customers with questions and order-related needs. Maintain organized documentation and partner records. Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and support-ticket systems. Help resolve customer service issues and route sales opportunities to the appropriate team. Monitor inventory with fulfillment partners and help maintain appropriate stock levels. Coordinate shipments, purchase orders, and inventory-related issues. Ensure custom orders have accurate instructions and documentation. Provide hands-on support during busy periods to help ensure orders are packaged and shipped accurately and on time.

Qualifications:

At least 5+ years of partnership management experience 3+ years of e-commerce experience 3+ years of project management experience Supply chain or fulfillment experience Experience with e-commerce, CRM, order management, fulfillment, and productivity platforms Customer Service Industry or related experience with social impact, nonprofit, or cause-based businesses preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented A natural problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Able to quickly learn existing processes and systems Collaborative and willing to jump in wherever needed If you're an organized, hands-on customer success professional with a passion for making an impact and working with charitable causes, we'd love to hear from you!
