Full Time - Temp-to-Hire Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join a growing, order-driven organization. This role is ideal for a customer service professional who is comfortable managing the full customer order lifecycle , building long-term B2B relationships, and coordinating across multiple internal departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage an assigned portfolio of business customers and/or territory. Build and maintain productive, professional, long-term customer relationships. Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the order process. Prepare and provide customer quotes, including freight quotes when applicable. Enter, process, and manage customer orders from initiation through completion. Review orders for accuracy and ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated. Process order changes, corrections, updates, and cancellations. Monitor order status and proactively follow up on outstanding items. Research and resolve customer questions, concerns, and order-related issues. Coordinate closely with Sales, Art, Pre-Press, Production, Shipping, Accounting, and other internal departments. Communicate customer requirements and deadlines to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems. Prepare and maintain reports as needed. Ensure timely and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and customer service. Exercise sound judgment when addressing customer and order-related issues. Protect confidential customer and company information. Maintain accurate records and demonstrate consistent follow-through from initial order through final completion.
Qualifications Required:
3-4 years of directly relevant experience in customer service, customer support, order management, or a similar role. B2B customer service experience. Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, promotional products, or other order-driven environment is highly preferred. Experience preparing quotes and processing/managing customer orders. Experience coordinating order changes, corrections, and cancellations. Experience following orders through completion and resolving issues along the way. Experience using CRM, ERP, or comparable order-processing systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines independently. Professional demeanor and strong customer-service mindset. Demonstrated reliability, accountability, follow-through, and commitment to quality work. Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Technical Skills Candidates should have working proficiency with: Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel CRM, ERP, or order-management systems Data entry and order-processing systems Pre-Employment Skills Assessment As part of the screening process, candidates will be evaluated on: Typing speed: Minimum 45 words per minute Typing accuracy: Minimum 95% Grammar and spelling Professional written and verbal communication Data-entry speed and accuracy Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency Ability to compose a clear, accurate, and professional customer email Both typing requirements must be met. Candidates who do not achieve at least 45 WPM and 95% accuracy will not meet the minimum qualifications for the position.
