Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order updates, account requests, and issue resolution. Process customer orders accurately, including purchase order review, pricing, specifications, and customer requirements. Track orders through production, scheduling, fulfillment, and delivery to help ensure timely completion. Coordinate multiple customer projects while communicating milestones, timelines, and status updates. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, production, and logistics to support customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records, prepare reports, assist with quotes, and support billing, shipping, and service-related follow-up.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$27.00 to $30.00 per hour DOE.
