Non-Exempt, Hourly Reports to: Customer Service Manager Summary/Objective The Large Project and Multifamily Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating all service-related activities for complex and high-volume multifamily residential and commercial projects. This position ensures seamless communication between builders, contractors, project managers, and internal departments to guarantee accurate order entry, timely delivery, and exceptional post-delivery service. The Team Lead acts as the central point of contact for assigned large-scale customer and projects, ensuring that all customer requirements are met with precision, professionalism, and efficiency. Makes contact with assigned customers via phone or email to develop the relationship. Prepare and process customer purchase orders, estimates, quotes, and change orders in accordance with company pricing and production policies. Understands and interpret the customer's needs and determine how to best process orders and quotes to meet the customer requirements. Maintain accurate customer and project data within the company ERP/CRM system. Collaborate with distribution, manufacturing, scheduling, and logistics teams to meet project milestones and maintain production flow. Track project status and delivery timelines, proactively communicating updates or delays. Resolve customer issues and field concerns efficiently and professionally, coordinating corrective actions as needed, managing customer queries and claims. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Industry knowledge to include wood or hollow metal doors, and/or hardware.
