Position:
Are you a relationship builder with a background in healthcare or account management? We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to bridge the gap between our pharmacy operations and our healthcare clients. In this role, you will be a trainer, a problem-solver, and a strategic partner, working hand-in-hand with facility, while ensuring the highest level of service.
What You'll Do:
Relationship Management:
Perform regular, proactive visits to accounts to assess needs, facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews, and negotiate renewal agreements.
Consultative Partnership:
Educate facility staff on pharmacy initiatives, therapeutic substitutes, and cost-containment strategies to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
Problem Resolution:
Own the resolution of customer issues, from identification to outcome evaluation, acting as the main point of contact for facility leadership.
Strategic Growth:
Collaborate with our Vice President of Business Development to identify opportunities, conduct sales calls with prospective accounts, and increase our pharmacy's visibility in the market.
Data & Documentation:
Maintain accurate CRM records, submit required reporting, and provide documentation for internal pharmacy committees and compliance audits.
What You Bring:
Experience:
2+ years of direct client/account management experience, with specific experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) environments.
Licensure:
Valid Pharmacy Technician license is strongly recommended.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
Mindset:
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and resilient. You must be comfortable managing multiple high-priority deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Logistics:
Ability to travel daily (up to 180 miles/day) and availability for occasional after-hours work.
Pay:
$62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
