JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MANAGER IN TRAINING

Train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel Exceed store sales and margin goals Monitor operational expenses and manage to specified budgets (weekly and monthly) Maintain and develop strong working relationships with employees, customers, and vendors Lead inventory management through utilization of company implemented SOP's. Maintain inventory levels ensuring adequate stocking of regular and special-order items Effective delegation and follow up skills Fostering a customer first environment. Leading service by example and modelling service behaviors that are in line with the Watersavers way

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

: 4+ years management experience (preferred) 2+ years customer service experience (preferred) Upbeat, outgoing and an overall positive attitude Acting with integrity, honesty, and dependability Self-starter who inspires others to succeed Extroverted - displaying a natural ability to excel in customer service and leading a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills and multi-tasking ability Hard-working with a desire to not only succeed but grow within the company Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
