Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom and reception area for our event rental company. This role ensures exceptional customer service and client satisfaction by maintaining both the showroom and reception area, assisting clients with appointments, and effectively promoting inventory that meets the client's needs. Work Setting requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Job tasks are performed in close physical proximity to other people. Overtime and occasional weekends are required
Duties & Responsibilities:
Showroom and Reception Management Greet and assist clients, vendors, and walk-ins in a courteous, professional manner. Manage the showroom appointment calendar, including scheduling, preparing, and taking showroom appointments. Politely answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain a neat and organized reception area. Manage reception area supplies. Client Engagement & Sales Support Work closely with the Sales department to address client needs, promote inventory, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, sales policies, and company terms & conditions. Administrative Support Prepare and present daily reports Manage office supplies Offer general administrative support such as data entry and filing. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, skills &
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year of customer service, hospitality, or event rentals experience preferred. Administrative experience preferred but not required. Preferred Bilingual - Spanish. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly creative and excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Able to work independently or on a team, depending on the situation/project. Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure and deadlines.
