The Lead plays a crucial role in store operations, ensuring team performance, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. Leads specialize in Experience (Customer Service & Sales), Merchandising, or Inventory and act as key players in daily store management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and assist customers, ensuring a personalized and engaging shopping experience. Educate customers and team on cannabis products, effects, and consumption methods. Maintain extensive knowledge of Tradecraft Farms' offerings, promotions, and industry trends. Support the store team by providing guidance, coaching, and operational oversight. Ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations. Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork. Assist in onboarding and training new team members. Oversee and optimize Experience, Merchandising, or Inventory operations to improve store performance and drive results. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with state regulations. Assist with inventory management, including restocking, labeling, and product organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant retail environment. Contribute to team sales goals by providing exceptional service and recommendations. Follow all company policies and compliance regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in retail, customer service, or cannabis industry. Previous experience in retail leadership or cannabis industry preferred. Passion for cannabis, education, and customer experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Must be 21+ and meet all state regulatory requirements for cannabis employment.
