Job Description
Jeff Abrams is looking for a Client Services Manager to lead service operations and support a high standard of care for one of his clients. This role combines team leadership, process oversight, and operational execution to ensure advisors and clients receive timely, accurate, and efficient support. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to improve workflows in a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Client Service Associate team through recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing performance guidance.
- Create clear team expectations and structured workflows that promote accuracy, accountability, and responsive client support.
- Manage daily client service activity, ensuring smooth coordination of requests from advisors and clients.
- Oversee onboarding and account administration tasks such as new account setup, transfers, documentation processing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Act as the escalation point for complex service matters and drive timely, practical resolutions.
- Document and refine operational procedures across servicing, onboarding, and reporting functions to improve consistency and scalability.
- Partner with compliance stakeholders to align operational practices with applicable regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Supervise key operational aspects of the firm's technology environment, including reporting tools and workflow automation platforms.
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen system connectivity, increase automation, and introduce technology enhancements, including AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.
