We are a fast-growing medical and recreational cannabis dispensary looking for an experienced Dispensary Manager to join our team and help lead us through an exciting period of growth. This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for someone who has hands-on cannabis industry experience and a proven track record of successfully managing another cannabis retail store . The ideal candidate understands the unique demands of cannabis retail, knows how to lead a team, drive sales, maintain compliance, and create an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do As Dispensary Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and performance of the store, while helping build the systems, team, and culture needed to support continued growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee all day-to-day dispensary operations Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of budtenders and retail staff Drive sales and consistently work toward revenue goals Monitor store performance, KPIs, inventory, and employee productivity Create an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards Ensure the dispensary operates in full compliance with all applicable cannabis regulations Manage inventory, receiving, transfers, audits, and inventory reconciliation Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance within METRC Use METRC confidently for day-to-day inventory and compliance operations Develop and implement procedures that improve efficiency and profitability Manage scheduling, attendance, and employee performance Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Work closely with ownership/leadership on sales strategy, promotions, staffing, and store growth Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and compliant retail environment Lead by example and create a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For Required:

Previous cannabis industry experience Previous experience managing a cannabis dispensary/retail store Proven ability to lead and manage a retail team Hands-on experience using METRC Strong understanding of cannabis inventory and compliance requirements Demonstrated ability to drive sales and improve store performance Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Strong attention to detail and accountability Ability to work independently while also collaborating with ownership and the management team The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is more than a supervisor—we want a leader and operator . The right person understands that running a successful dispensary requires balancing sales, customer experience, employee performance, inventory control, and compliance every single day.
