Job Description

Customer Service Supervisor Enviropest is seeking a dependable and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day of our customer service team. This role will directly support and supervise Customer Service Representatives, ensuring the team delivers professional, responsive, and exceptional service to our customers. The Customer Service Supervisor will serve as a key point of contact for the customer service team, providing coaching, guidance, and support while helping maintain efficient office operations, strong team performance, and a positive customer experience. What You'll Do Supervise and support Customer Service Representatives in their daily responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, workflow, scheduling, and coverage Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance using Workday Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members Conduct performance evaluations and address performance concerns as needed Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees Ensure representatives follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards Monitor customer calls and interactions to identify coaching and training opportunities Help resolve escalated customer concerns and support representatives with difficult customer situations Track team performance and service metrics and communicate results to leadership Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall customer experience Assist with developing and maintaining training and quality assurance programs Maintain a professional, organized, and positive office environment Partner with Operations, Service, and other departments to ensure effective communication and customer support Lead by example and promote accountability, teamwork, and excellent customer service What You Bring High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of customer service experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to coach, motivate, and support employees Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment Comfortable handling customer escalations and challenging situations Proficiency with customer service systems, Microsoft Office, Workday, and other business technology Reliable attendance, professionalism, and a positive attitude Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA/FSA options 401(k) Company-paid life and disability insurance PTO Paid training 8 paid holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities About Us Enviropest (Anticimex) is a trusted leader in pest control, committed to providing exceptional customer service while investing in innovation, employee development, and long-term growth.
