Dermatology Physician Assistant - Experienced Preferred Monarch Dermatology & Surgery | Loveland, Colorado Monarch Dermatology & Surgery is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing, physician-led dermatology practice in Northern Colorado. We are looking for a thoughtful, clinically strong provider who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and providing high-quality dermatologic care. Prior dermatology experience is strongly preferred , although we are willing to consider an exceptional candidate with a strong medical background and a demonstrated commitment to dermatology. Monarch provides comprehensive dermatologic care with particular strengths in skin cancer and cutaneous oncology, Mohs surgery, complex medical dermatology, pediatric dermatology, and general dermatology. Our PA will work closely with board-certified dermatologists in a collaborative environment with access to physician support for challenging cases. What the role includes Evaluation and management of common and complex dermatologic conditions Comprehensive skin examinations and skin-cancer surveillance Evaluation and biopsy of suspicious lesions Cryotherapy and other office-based dermatologic procedures Minor surgical procedures based on training and experience Patient education, treatment planning, medication management, and follow-up care Collaboration with dermatologists for complex medical, pediatric, surgical, and oncologic cases Opportunity to develop areas of particular clinical interest over time What we are looking for Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Current NCCPA certification Eligible for or currently licensed to practice in Colorado Dermatology experience strongly preferred Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Comfortable working independently while valuing physician and team collaboration Strong attention to documentation, follow-up, and continuity of care Professional, dependable, collegial, and committed to excellent patient care Why Monarch Monarch is an independent, physician-led dermatology practice serving Northern Colorado. The practice offers exposure to a broad spectrum of dermatology, including medical dermatology, skin cancer, Mohs surgery, pediatric dermatology, and procedural care. We are looking for someone interested in becoming a long-term part of the practice rather than simply filling a schedule. Schedule Full-time preferred, but part-time could work for the right candidate. We are open to discussing schedule structure with the right experienced candidate. Start date Flexible. We would ideally like the new provider to begin sometime within the next few months.
