Job Description
Job Summary The Customer Success Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers following the receipt of a purchase order. This role owns the post-sale customer experience by coordinating activities across Sales, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Service, Quality, and Finance to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and with a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Manage customer projects from purchase order through delivery, commissioning, and post-delivery support. Coordinate activities between Sales, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Service, Quality, and Finance. Actively cultivate existing accounts to secure purchase orders and grow repeat business. Provide customers with regular updates regarding project status, production schedules, shipments, and key milestones. Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed. Process sales orders, maintain customer accounts, and manage ERP/CRM records. Complete customer onboarding and supplier qualification documentation. Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), customer training, site visits, and commissioning activities. Document meeting notes, action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion. Prepare customer reports, account reviews, and supporting documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth and long-term success. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a related customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Experience using ERP and CRM systems preferred. Manufacturing, industrial equipment, renewable energy, or technical product experience is a plus.
