What's a typical day as a Customer Experience Specialist? You'll be: Serving as the primary point of contact and welcoming presence for customers, prospects, partners, and visitors. Managing the front desk and reception area with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Greeting and directing visitors, notifying appropriate employees, and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Coordinating customer visits, meetings, tours, demonstrations, and other onsite experiences. Maintaining an organized, polished, and customer-facing environment. Anticipating and proactively addressing customer and visitor needs. Coordinating logistics for meetings, events, trainings, and customer visits. Assisting with preparation and coordination of materials and resources for customer-facing activities. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Service, Training, Product Management) and supporting broader Customer Experience initiatives. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, office administration, customer experience, event coordination, or a related field. Possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excel at verbal and written communication. Project a professional, welcoming, and confident demeanor when interacting with customers and visitors. Are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to think independently. Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team-first attitude. Are comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new technology and systems. Maintain professionalism and composure during unexpected situations or competing priorities.
