Job Description

We're hiring on behalf of a client who is expanding their support team and seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Delray Beach, FL. This is a fast‑paced, office‑based role ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with clients, following structured processes, and managing multiple priorities throughout the day. This position is well suited for a dependable, detail‑oriented professional who communicates confidently by phone and email, is highly organized, and can work efficiently in a time‑sensitive environment. Flexibility, reliability, and strong follow‑through are key to success in this role. You'll spend much of your day communicating with clients and internal teams, reviewing information for accuracy, and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently in accordance with established procedures. Requirements:
