Summary Under general supervision, the Service Coordinator II will maximize resources, productivity, and profitability by supporting the operations management team. Additionally, the Service Coordinator will collaborate with the Field Supervisor and Service Manager to ensure all technical service work has been completed in a reasonable time and to our customer's satisfaction. Essential Duties Receive customer requests for unscheduled or scheduled service, and dispatch technicians as needed Request and manage permitting, liens, and notary Ensure work has been performed to the customer's expectations and provides customer follow up as needed Answer customer inquiries and resolves or escalate customer issues, as needed Reconcile all service requests daily upon completion of the service job Provided follow-up on activities to ensure service will be completed within the expected timeline Provide Technicians with service repair estimates as needed Provide the customer with immediate quotes for any unexpected labor and/or costs that may occur Follow-up with the customer on proposals extra work Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors Participates in business review meetings by preparing and discussing critical account information pertinent to current profitability status and customer satisfaction. Researches and follows up on questions identified during monthly business review Ensures that all customer account information required to support call management activities and scheduling of tasks are kept up to date in Sage Management Aim to keep all customers satisfied, both external and internal. Contact the customer within 24hrs of service completion to confirm the issue has been resolved to meet 100% guest satisfaction Order all maintenance material and repair parts as needed Escalate issues to appropriate individuals for timely follow-up as required. May require direct interaction with customers for a follow-up to secure purchase orders and/or meet special invoicing needs. Verify that all work orders have the correct billing information such as; rates, materials, miscellaneous charges, etc., before sending to Accounting for closure Forward all field generated sales lead to the appropriate Salesperson or Supervisor Experience / Education Minimum of five years of service-related experience, managing service operations, and/or service scheduling. High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently Strong organizational skills with a proven track record showing attention to detail Superior verbal, reading, and writing skills; able to communicate at all levels Must be able to read and apply manufacturers' instructions and to communicate with customers, suppliers, and other CES employees clearly Must have the ability to simultaneously handle large projects, tasks, and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence Able to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals Experience and/or basic project accounting/cost principles, desired Some knowledge of industry standards within the area of discipline; HVAC, Refrigeration, Controls, or Plumbing Possess basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Demonstrate the ability to develop relationships Strong analysis and judgment skills Works well in a team environment Further details will be provided during the interview process and the job description.
