Duties Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and POS system management Developing and maintaining excellent customer service standards Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and promote a collaborative work environment Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with a focus on sales team management Excellent communication skills Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales management techniques, and operational procedures Experience with cashiering, cash handling, customer service excellence, and shift management Previous assistant manager experience or supervisory experience is preferred Familiarity with retail industry sales techniques such as upselling and cross-selling is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about leading teams to success!
