- Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Coordinate and confirm client appointments.
- Prepare meeting materials and maintain client files.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and account paperwork.
- Support advisors with administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all client interactions.
