Houser Financial Group is seeking a polished, organized, and service-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the first impression of our firm. Position Summary As our Client Experience Coordinator (Director of First Impressions), you will welcome clients, manage the front office, coordinate appointments, support advisors and staff, and help ensure every client enjoys an outstanding experience. Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Coordinate and confirm client appointments.
  • Prepare meeting materials and maintain client files.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and account paperwork.
  • Support advisors with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all client interactions.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment. The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Enjoy building relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through.
  • Remain calm and professional while managing multiple priorities.
  • Communicate confidently in person, on the phone, and in writing.
  • Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude. What You'll Bring
  • 1-2 years (or more) of professional business experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Financial services experience is welcomed but not required. Office Schedule

  • 26.00 per hour, DOQ (Depending on Qualifications).
