Our work brings together thoughtful design, quality execution, and an exceptional client experience. As Haven continues to grow, we are developing new divisions, services, and initiatives within the Haven Design portfolio. Haven will also be affiliated with the new St. Pete Design Center, providing resources, classes, showroom experiences, and event space for private clients and design trade professionals. This is an exciting period of growth for Haven, and this role will play an important part in bringing new ideas and offerings to life. Position Overview We are seeking a polished, creative, and highly organized Design Production & Client Experience Ambassador to work directly with the Director of Marketing & Client Experience. This hybrid role combines design production, visual presentation, showroom hospitality, and client experience . The position will support the development and launch of new Haven Design divisions, services, and initiatives while helping create an elevated experience for clients, vendors, manufacturers, designers, builders, and trade professionals. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a warm, polished presence in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Design Production & Development Support the Director of Marketing & Client Experience in developing and launching new Haven Design divisions, services, and initiatives. Create mood boards, material palettes, finish boards, renderings, and polished client presentations. Source and organize furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, accessories, samples, and product information. Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers regarding samples, specifications, pricing, lead times, and product details. Develop and maintain design presentation templates, resources, and repeatable processes. Showroom & Client Experience Serve as a welcoming and polished ambassador for the Haven Design brand and its divisions. Greet and assist clients, guests, vendors, manufacturers, designers, builders, and trade professionals. Support showroom appointments, client meetings, selections, presentations, and vendor visits. Maintain a polished, organized, and visually elevated showroom environment. Prepare meeting and presentation spaces, samples, and materials. Assist with phone calls, general inquiries, and day-to-day showroom needs. Relationships & Brand Support Provide a warm, professional, and personalized experience at every client and showroom interaction. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and trade partners. Build positive relationships with showroom and industry partners. Support consistent client experience and brand standards across Haven Design divisions. Adapt responsibilities and priorities as new divisions, services, and initiatives are developed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in interior design, design production, showroom management, hospitality, client services, or a related field preferred. Experience creating mood boards, material boards, presentations, renderings, or other visual design materials. Strong eye for design, color, materials, proportion, and visual composition. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. Polished, personable, and confident in a client-facing environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with leadership and team members. Experience in interior design, construction, luxury service, hospitality, or a high-end showroom preferred. Proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software is a plus. Standard Hours:

Monday-Thursday:

9:00 AM-5:00

PM Friday:

9:00 AM-4:00 PM Additional hours and occasional communication outside of standard business hours may be required. Weekend availability may also be required periodically for showroom events, client experiences, classes, and launch initiatives.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
