Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role blends customer service, logistical support, and light accounting duties, playing a key part in maintaining smooth daily operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Answer phone calls and communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner Maintain detailed CRM notes for customer accounts Review and act on new account notes daily Check and respond to company voicemails and customer emails in a timely manner Prepare service agreements for both new and existing customers Provide invoice and collection reports to customers upon request Generate and manage customer invoices Handle specialized customer requests and tasks with care and attention Logistical Support Assist drivers and dispatchers with daily coordination and scheduling Take detailed meeting notes and ensure clear communication of follow-ups Forward new leads to sales representatives appropriately Analyze customer data to identify service issues or trends Create accurate work orders with clear instructions Maintain organized records and documentation Participate in occasional on-site customer visits Communicate with law enforcement regarding incidents, including handling police reports Accounting Duties Collaborate with managers and accountants to verify account accuracy Process and verify payment transactions Assist in organizing receipts and financial records Maintain specialized financial/account-related data Company-Wide Support Lead the company morale program to foster a positive work environment Assist with planning and coordinating internal events and functions
QualificationsRequired:
Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using CRM and/or accounting software (Not Required) Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred:
Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative roles Familiarity with basic accounting or invoicing procedures Experience with customer data analysis and reporting

$45,014.78 - $54,211.35 per year
