Job Function:
The primary function of this position is to assist the Account Management team with the existing customer base and new lines of business. The Account Service Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the profitable growth of Omnipure market share and deliver top level customer service. The role requires a sound mix of skills such as multitasking between business systems, compiling customer-based reporting, and other tasks to enhance direct sales effectiveness. Re s pon si b i li t i e s: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing product information, pricing and order support. Prepare and process customer quotes, sales orders, and order changes accurately and timely while following the order verification process. Enters direct POs, while assuring that all POs received are at the correct price and resolves discrepancies with the AM. Works closely with the AM to prepare and maintain long range forecasts for planning, procurement and operations groups within Omnipure. Communicate with customer buyers and planners to clarify forecasts and PO issues while tracking and communicating shortfalls or variance to forecasts. Support profitability analysis by customer and product. Works with accounting to make sure that orders and pulled inventory are invoiced in a timely manner Communicates shipment and delivery information to the customer. Communicates with and works to prioritize with the customer when there is delivery shortfall issues or capacity constraints. Works closely with the AM to escalate supply and delivery issues with the customer. Places internal POs to intercompany partners as well as external suppliers. Provides new business prospecting support for the Channel leaders and Account Managers. Answers inbound customer calls and sales-related emails in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of channel dynamics, relationships between the dealers, distributors and national accounts servicing the water filtration and treatment industry A bachelor's degree in business administration or higher education a plus
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated unwavering ethical character while managing challenging business situations Ability to work and communicate with people at all levels across the organization Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously Have 1+ years of sales support or customer service experience, in companies involved in consumer goods a plus and a proven track record for meeting and exceeding goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extremely organized and able to easily multi-task large volumes of projects at once Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs of customers and internal processes requirements Must have experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point or Access) Must be comfortable in a customer facing sales support role. #LI-JE1 Skills Preferred MS Office Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
