Job Description
ClearStaff is looking for
ONSITE SUPERVISORS
to work on-site at our client's location. You will build relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, expectation, and requirements. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Coordinate the recruiting, screening, interview and hiring of individuals for the assignments. Create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand Manage the time clock, submitting accurate payroll and invoices. Provide reports to the client for productivity, attendance, headcount at the client's request. Manage the employee's activities at the site to include performance, attitude and efficiency and take corrective action as needed. Document performance reviews, counseling, removal from assignments and exit interviews. Conduct onsite orientation and safety training and facilitate the initial treatment and reporting of worker's compensation claims. Act as a liaison between the branch office and the client and participate in service meetings at the client site. Support the Branch to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all ClearStaff's policies and procedures. A superior candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service to the client and have excellent communication skills. The ability to be a self-starter and strong problem-solving skills are desired. Experience in coaching and managing others and willingness to work after hours and on weekends if necessary is a must. High levels of motivation and the need to be a visible leader on the facility floor are required.REQUIREMENTS
One to two years of experience in a service-provider environment that requires self-management and multi-tasking. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and outlook Bilingual English/Spanish a plusJob Type:
