Catholic Urban Programs (CUP) is seeking a dependable and compassionate Intake Support team member to assist with our homeless prevention services. This position provides administrative and client support to individuals and families seeking assistance and helps ensure the intake process is welcoming, organized, and timely. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working directly with clients, attentive to detail, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Assist individuals and families with the intake and application process. Gather required documentation and review applications for completeness. Respond to basic questions regarding the intake process and required documentation. Follow up with clients regarding missing or incomplete information. Enter client and intake information into designated systems. Scan, upload, organize, and maintain client documentation. Answer and route program-related telephone calls and messages. Assist with scheduling and client follow-up. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Communicate client needs, questions, or concerns to appropriate program staff. Provide general administrative support to the homeless prevention program. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, social services, housing services, or a related setting preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working with individuals and families who may be experiencing housing instability or other challenging circumstances. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
