Your expertise in nursing care, combined with your ability to adapt to new techniques, will be crucial in delivering high-quality care and support to those in need. As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you will: Organize and coordinate nursing care delivery for assigned clients Direct and support other healthcare personnel in client care Provide direct client care activities in accordance with defined policies and procedures Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly Administer and record medications following policy guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and revise care plans as needed Conduct group therapies and promote process improvement activities Maintain a safe environment and monitor clients continuously Comply with all infection control and safety procedures Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel Requirements for this role include: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current Illinois license BLS certification required; BSN preferred or equivalent experience CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with Advanced Physical Skills (APS) certification required Need 1 year experience in setting Ability to operate standard office equipment and specific software applications Physical ability to stand for 4-6 hours and lift up to 25 pounds Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
