Job Description

$48,000 – $52,000 Annually + Benefits (Dental, Health, Vision) 401K & PTO! We're looking for a dedicated Financial Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced financial planning office. You'll play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently while providing top-notch support to clients. As a Financial Assistant, you must reflect on the company's core principles and be fully committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding client service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting client needs. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional experience. Handle incoming calls and emails, resolving client issues or escalating them when necessary. Assist with daily office operations, including document management, data entry, and account maintenance. Support financial advisors with client follow-ups, paperwork, and compliance-related tasks. Maintain client records with accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare reports and materials for client meetings. Proactively identify ways to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong math skills and comfort working with numbers and financial data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
