$24-$27/Hour + OT (Full health benefits, 401k, PTO) We are a trusted provider of logistics, distribution, and support services for local, state, and federal government agencies across the United States. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a customer-focused team player who takes pride in providing excellent service and accurate administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and ensuring things run smoothly for both colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point of contact for government account managers and clients, assisting with questions, order updates, and documentation requests Provide responsive and professional customer service through email and phone communication Maintain accurate records for government orders, contracts, and deliveries Perform data entry, quality checks, and documentation audits to ensure compliance and accuracy Coordinate scheduling, track project milestones, and support cross-department communication Assist with reporting, order summaries, and supply tracking to help ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
Qualifications:
Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred, minimum 2+ years of experience within an office setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive, professional attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment Comfort handling confidential or sensitive information
