Job Description
$55,000 - $60,000 Annually We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing car parts distribution center. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing daily customer service support, through calls, order fulfilment, price quotations, and general e-mail inquiries. What You'll Do Promptly respond to emails and phone calls from customers, suppliers, and internal employees Receive, organize, and send out shipping documents i.e., invoices/receipts, tracking information and shipping/return labels Provide dealerships with product pricing, quotations, and lead times for automotive parts Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams when parts are low or unavailable Process invoices, claims, debits, and credits and enter purchase and sale orders Communicate with customers regarding the status of orders What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience Strong capability to handle multiple cases while prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
