Job Summary:

The Online Account Coordinator will provide administrative support to our rapidly growing online department. This role will assist in the department's daily office needs and general administrative activities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Foster long-term relationships with clients. Write and distribute email correspondence with clients. Prepare regularly scheduled reports for management. Present new or additional products and services to customers. Respond and resolve all customer concerns. Maintain and organize records of sales deals. Other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience in Customer Service a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. At least two (2) years related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Some walking with exposure to outside elements may occur occasionally.

Pay :
