With continued year-over-year growth and zero layoffs in company history, we're looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager who wants long-term stability, a professional environment, and the opportunity to lead in a growing operation. This position is ideal for someone who already has experience managing workflow, supporting technicians, building customer trust, and helping drive shop performance. What You'll Do Support daily shop operations alongside senior leadership Manage workflow, scheduling, and production efficiency Review estimates and communicate repairs clearly with customers Help drive service sales while maintaining strong customer satisfaction Support technicians and maintain a productive, accountable team environment Assist with handling customer concerns professionally and efficiently Help maintain an organized, high-performing operation What We're Looking For Previous Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager experience • Excellent knowledge of how a vehicle works and why they need maintenance. Strong understanding of automotive estimating, labor management, and workflow Proven ability to lead teams and communicate professionally Consistent track record in customer service and shop performance Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment What We Offer $90,000 - $130,000+ annual compensation based on experience and past performance Monday-Friday schedule — no weekends Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Employee discounts Family owned company with long-term associates.
