This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can confidently manage a high volume of moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate daily installations with customers and installers Maintain a real-time job calendar and 2-week installation pipeline Adjust schedules based on job readiness, product availability, and crew capacity Reschedule incomplete jobs efficiently Update work orders/CRM and process completed jobs for billing

Qualifications:

Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or construction coordination preferred Strong organization and multitasking skills Clear and professional communication Detail-oriented with the ability to stay ahead of issues Self-motivated and able to work independently

Pay & Benefits:

Starting at $18/hour+ (based on experience) Full-time, consistent 40-hour work week Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
