This role is perfect for someone who loves helping clients understand their coverage, enjoys building long-term relationships, and is excited about growing a book through proactive service and cross‑selling. You'll manage renewals, handle day‑to‑day service needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend additional policies that genuinely benefit the client. What You'll Do Manage and service an existing Personal Lines book of business Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients Handle policy changes, payments, certificates, ID cards, and general service requests Review renewals and make coverage recommendations based on client needs Identify cross‑sell opportunities and educate clients on additional products Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication across phone, email, and in-person interactions Maintain accurate documentation within our management system Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends Support agency goals and collaborate with team members Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring Active P&C License (Kansas & Missouri preferred) Experience in Personal Lines insurance (CSR or Account Manager experience a plus) Strong understanding of insurance management systems and carrier platforms Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to explain complex coverage in a simple, relatable way High level of professionalism, punctuality, and dependability Comfortable working independently while managing a diverse client portfolio Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Why You'll Love Working Here Established book of business ready for you to take over Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities A client-first culture where your expertise truly matters
