ICG Medical is looking for a Client Partner Experience Manager in Maryland to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional care and service. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the caregiver and client experience — from onboarding and orientation to field supervision, skills validation, compliance, engagement, and retention. You'll have the opportunity to: Build trusted relationships with Care Partners and ensure their voices are heard Lead caregiver orientation, onboarding, and field support Maintain high standards around documentation, credentials, care plans, and compliance Support caregiver engagement and retention Partner with scheduling and operations to ensure continuity of care Represent our mission, values, and commitment to Improving Patient Care Step into the field when needed and lead by example What we're looking for: 2+ years of experience in homecare and home health Experience in caregiver oversight or field leadership is preferred Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities Comfortable working with documentation and scheduling systems Reliable transportation and the ability to conduct field visits At ICG Medical, our culture is built around three core values: Open. $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
