Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our dedicated insurance team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking personal insurance solutions, including property and casualty insurance. Your energetic approach to client engagement, combined with your expertise in insurance products and sales strategies, will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. You will leverage your strong communication skills and industry knowledge to build lasting relationships, identify client needs, and deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique circumstances. Duties Manage existing client accounts by providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and renewal negotiations Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs to recommend suitable personal insurance products such as property and casualty Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication and exceptional service delivery Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations Utilize Agency management system proficiently to track client interactions, policy details, and sales activities Maintain thorough documentation of client communications, policy changes, and regulatory requirements Experience Proven success in sales roles within the insurance or financial services industry Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively Knowledge of personal lines insurance products Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs thoroughly and recommend appropriate solutions Prior experience in property casualty insurance is preferred, but will train the right individual that has strong communication and administrative skills.
