This team is responsible for coordinating contracted service work between commercial accounts and the franchise owner, ensuring that the work is completed and to contractual standards. This is an entry level position, and BFG will provide all necessary training. The National Account Support Coordinator will be the primary contact for the commercial vendor. They will set up the account and coordinate the service work between the vendor and local franchise owner. They will also facilitate all invoicing and billing activities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reviewing and understanding the vendor contracts Reviewing work orders and service reports Creating invoices for the vendor once work is completed Communicating via email and phone with both the vendor and franchise owner, providing an excellent customer service experience Maintaining an organized system of digital records Providing reporting to vendors and management Other duties as assigned Position qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills Previous customer service experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Good problem-solving skills Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and Google Suite A high school diploma with some college coursework The ability to work in office in Ann Arbor BELFOR Franchise Group offers a range of benefits to include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, 401k, Paid time off plus much more!
