Job Description
Client Services Associate / Office Manager•
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients, providing thoughtful personalized service, and has a talent for creating organized systems that help a team perform at its best. Key Responsibilities Client Service Serve as the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in-person, providing warm, professional, and responsive service Schedule client meetings, manage advisor calendars, and coordinate follow-up communications Prepare, complete, and process client paperwork accurately, including account applications, transfer forms, and service requests Assist with new account openings and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, attentive follow-up Office Management & Operations Organize, maintain, and update digital client files Evaluate existing processes and develop new systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Manage office inventory Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, service providers, and building management Utilize AI to streamline business processes Requirements What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills
