The role is responsible for leading the Living Showroom business unit through operational excellence, revenue growth, team development, and weekly performance accountability. What You'll Do As the Home Access Service Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the showroom while inspiring both your team and your community. You'll be responsible for: Leadership Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team Create a positive, energetic workplace culture Hold weekly team meetings Develop employees through training and accountability Lead by example while living our Core Values Business Growth Drive monthly and annual sales goals Increase showroom traffic and community awareness Build relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and referral partners Host educational events and product demonstrations Customer Experience Every person walking through our doors deserves an incredible experience. You'll ensure customers receive: Professional consultations Product demonstrations Accessibility education Compassionate guidance Outstanding follow-up Confidence in every purchase Operations You'll oversee: Daily showroom operations Facility appearance Operational excellence Team scheduling Financial Performance You'll own the business by tracking: Revenue Gross Profit Sales conversion Weekly scorecards Performance metrics Business growth opportunities What Success Looks Like- Our managers don't simply supervise—they lead with measurable results. Qualifications Leadership or management experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Experience coaching or developing employees Sales or business development experience Strong organizational skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license
