Qualifications Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 6pm High school diploma or GED required. Two or more years of scheduling, dispatching, service coordination, project coordination, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Experience in electronic security, fire alarm, construction, field service, telecommunications, HVAC, electrical, or another technical service industry is helpful. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling, project management, customer relationship management, and service software. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, field technicians, managers, vendors, and internal departments. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Physical and Work Requirements Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate regularly by telephone, email, video meeting, and internal messaging systems. Ability to review detailed electronic and written information. Ability to manage frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Occasional overtime may be required based on client and operational needs. Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
