Job Description

The Client Experience Coordinator at Reforming Foundations represents our studio by providing a positive and memorable experience for our clients. This role supports the Studio Manager by maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, promoting studio growth and retention through sales, and completing studio tasks. About Reforming Foundations Pilates & Wellness With locations in Berkley, Milford and Rochester, Michigan, Reforming Foundations is an intentional Pilates studio dedicated to infusing purposeful movement into the lives of every body. Our mission is to empower you to move with ease and confidence. Specializing in Pilates and physical therapy, we focus on injury rehabilitation, athletic training and overall health and wellness, ensuring that each individual can thrive. Our community is the heart of our studio and we look forward to welcoming you soon! Description Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Community Engagement Maintain an upbeat and positive demeanor. Must be approachable, professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Efficiently open and close the studio, ensuring success for the day. Follow a daily studio cleaning checklist and maintain a clean lobby area. Greet clients promptly and respond immediately to client requests and inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. Document all interactions in CRM. Onboard clients using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements. Ensure waivers and agreements are completed prior to services being used. Schedule appointments for clients; be aware of unused credits, expiring packages and welcome offers. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional manner. Communicate and enforce membership plan rules effectively. Process payments and manage client profiles using CRM software. Ensure proper charges are assessed for services. Support instructors as needed, managing class playlists or setting up classrooms. Sales & Membership Management Promote memberships and packages to new and existing clients. Utilize lead management to track progress on prospective clients. Maintain accurate knowledge of all products and services, including descriptions and pricing. Upsell retail products and merchandise. Who You Are A passionate advocate for Pilates and its transformative benefits. Strong communication skills with interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.. A coachable individual with a customer-first mentality. A strong team player with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the Reforming Foundations Community. Preferred Experience Experience in a client-facing customer service role; sales experience preferred. Experience with Pilates instruction or practice is a plus. Functional computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and Slack Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
