The Field Manager serves as the primary leader in the field and is responsible for developing high-performing teams while ensuring The Maids' cleaning standards and procedures are consistently followed. Reports To Owner / General Manager Direct Reports Team Leaders Team Members (through Team Leaders) Employment Type Full-Time Monday - Friday Occasional flexibility required based on business needs Essential ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development Lead, motivate, and coach Team Leaders and Team Members. Conduct daily team check-ins and performance discussions. Provide ongoing training on The Maids 22-Step Cleaning Process. Hold Team Leaders accountable for quality, productivity, and customer service. Assist with onboarding and training of new employees. Address employee concerns and performance issues professionally. Quality Assurance Perform field inspections and quality audits. Conduct customer home walkthroughs as needed. Ensure all teams follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards. Monitor consistency and quality of service across all teams. Provide immediate coaching and corrective action when standards are not met. Customer Service Respond to customer concerns and service issues. Assist with customer retention efforts. Conduct follow-up calls and quality assurance visits. Ensure customers receive exceptional service at every visit. Help resolve complaints quickly and professionally. Operations Management Review daily schedules and staffing needs. Ensure teams are properly staffed and equipped. Verify vehicles are clean, stocked, and operational. Monitor labor hours and efficiency. Assist with route planning and schedule adjustments. Support daily production goals. Business Performance Monitor labor costs and productivity. Help achieve company revenue and profitability goals. Track team performance metrics. Identify opportunities for operational improvement. Assist in maintaining profitable service routes. Required Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong leadership and coaching abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions. Customer service experience. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical activities throughout the day. Preferred Qualifications Residential cleaning experience. Experience managing multiple employees. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Experience with scheduling and workforce management. Company Standards The Field Manager is responsible for enforcing company policies, including: No personal phone use while cleaning customer homes. Employees must remain at the home until released by the Team Leader. Vacuum aprons must be worn and properly utilized. Cleaning tools, brushes, and extension poles must remain in aprons until needed. No vaping or smoking in company vehicles or customer homes. Floors must be properly scrubbed when needed and mopped twice according to company standards.
