1 Responsibilities Support the Service Manager with daily Service Department operations Assist in leading coaching and developing Service Technicians and Advisors Monitor technician productivity workflow and department efficiency Help maintain customer satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns Assist with meeting department profitability and performance goals Promote a positive team-focused environment aligned with Young Automotive Group values Collaborate with other departments to support overall dealership operations Participate in training meetings and employee development Maintain strong knowledge of powersports products service operations and industry standards Help maintain a clean organized and safe Service Department Qualifications Previous experience in an automotive or powersports service environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of powersports and fixed operations Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate coach and develop team members Proven work ethic consistent with our culture A passion for growth and a desire to make a difference Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
