Customer Relations & Service Support Coordinator Boone Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram | Boone, NC Boone Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized individual to join our service team as a Customer Relations & Service Support Coordinator. This is an important customer-facing position for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. You will often be the first voice customers hear and one of the first people they meet when doing business with our dealership. Our goal is to make every customer feel welcomed, informed, and appreciated. Primary responsibilities Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally Schedule service appointments and accurately document customer concerns Greet customers and help direct them to the appropriate team member Provide local shuttle transportation for service customers Communicate appointment and transportation information to advisors Assist with customer follow-up and satisfaction calls Help identify and resolve customer concerns before they become larger problems Support the service team in improving customer satisfaction and CSI results Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized customer environment Perform other customer-service and administrative duties as needed The person we are looking for Has outstanding customer-service and communication skills Is patient, positive, and professional—even with an upset customer Is dependable and consistently arrives ready to work Can manage phones, customers, schedules, and changing priorities Is comfortable using computers and learning dealership software Pays close attention to details and follows through on commitments Works well with customers and fellow employees Has a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Can safely operate different types and sizes of customer vehicles Dealership experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Experience in hospitality, medical-office reception, banking, retail, property management, call-center work, or another customer-focused position would translate well into this role.
