Duties Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a memorable stay for all visitors. Implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability through pricing adjustments and promotional initiatives. Coordinate human resources activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling to maintain a skilled and engaged team. Oversee budgeting processes, expense control, and financial reporting to meet organizational goals. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards including night audit procedures and multi-line phone system management. Develop marketing strategies to attract new guests while fostering repeat business through exceptional service delivery. Ensure effective communication across departments using phone etiquette and clear operational protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities. Strong background in hospitality management, revenue management, guest services, and hotel operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive work environment. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in human resources practices, budgeting, front desk operations, night audit procedures, and guest relations. Knowledge of resort management is a plus; familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
